Sad that it's over, and sad that I still have friggen 5 more seasons to write through for Swordulan's life still. It may not even get done before Gen5 comes out, if it does anyway. The ride has ended, but I can't get off yet. I have to take part of it again, and end it one last time.

Final season of MLP. That's nuts. But it means I'll finally have the whole picture to work with in finishing Swordulan's story, though that seems like it might still take a couple more years. I'd certainly like to though. Get it done, then probably spruce it up with editing, and be done with it and probably fanfiction in general forever. Move onto original fiction. Too many stories of other characters to write.

Don't got much to say, but uh, yeah I still exist. I haven't been writing much lately because I just finished the last edit for the physical print of my novella An Onyx In The Ash, so got that done. I would like to work on The Guard And His Sword again, but we'll have to see how my motivation is kicking as time goes on. Though if for whatever reason there's an incredible demand in the comments of this blog post to continue TGAHS, I will absolutely start working on it again.

The Story of a Royal Guard series is now officially The Guard And His Sword. A slight play off of 'The Horse And His Boy.' I would've gone with 'The Sword And Its Horse' but that sounded ridiculous and slightly inaccurate. 'The Horse And His Sword' was also considered, but... well, he's a pony. 'The Pony And His Sword' doesn't work as it doesn't give enough about who he is. He's a guard. Thus the title.

The way The Story of a Royal Guard: A Shield Contingency has gone sure wasn't what I expected. I had expected some romance and shipping at some point, though not in the way it's gone so far. In my last blog post I stated I wanted forgiveness to be a core lesson, however that's not totally been the case and probably won't be.
