Ok, a small update.
Ok, a small update.
Ok, I posted the last chapter last week and barely started working on the new chapter. This is a combination of a lot of extra work (almost 40 hours of OT on this check), getting our house sold (multiple showings and such) and the fact that my computer died the other day. I'm still getting my new computer set up and all, so the story has taken a bit of a back seat. I do expect to complete the story this year and hope to have it done soon, but if we do sell the house then there will be delays
It's 2 AM. I've been writing towards my story for the last four hours. The new chapter is almost done, but why am I still awake? I have places I need to be tomorrow, I have things I need to do, and I'm very tired. But, I am very excited about this new chapter and the next one to come. I hope you all enjoy it as well, and it should be up late on Sunday.

Chapter 15 published. I'm very happy about how this chapter came out, though it ended up being the biggest so far (not that that's a bad thing). Still 8500 words was a bit to write, edit, and format
Ok, so state of the story? For sure 3 more chapters, might be drawn out to 4 if I get more ideas for the next two main parts. So, the end is near!!
SO, I tell you one thing and do another (which has to be getting old now...I mean there were all those times I had said I would keep writing, and then a year would pass...). I had just told you barely a day and a half ago that I would have trouble writing more into this story over the next couple of days...and I'm already about a third of the way done (for those scoring at home, that's approximately 2500 words) with the next chapter. I believe the fire for this story is raging again, not just
I must be on some kind of role!! After waiting more than two years there are two separate updates in two days?!?
Seriously though, I'm very happy with the way my story is progressing. I won't lie though, I was not planning on having this much detail in this chapter, the last one, or the next one or two (or three...oh god I'm a wordy bastard). I had originally planned on having the whole thing done in about 15 chapters, now it's looking closer to 20 or so.
Ok, I won't sit here and not feel ashamed. I just saw that it's been over 2 years since my last update. I am, in fact, not dead. I've just had a huge amount of writer's block, personal obligations, work, and drama... But I found myself writing in my head this afternoon for this story. If anyone out there is even still here, be ready, I'm writing again. I don't know how far I'll get, but I'm back.

What do I see here? Is this another chapter? Is this another update? For real?
I am so unbelievably sorry that this took me 26 weeks basically, but here you go. A new chapter in the ongoing tale of Beaming Justice.
I can't promise they will be weekly, but I CAN promise they will be quicker than half a year...this story will conclude, don't you worry!
Thank you all so much for sticking with me.

A quick update: I am still alive, I am still here...and I even found myself thinking about Forever Is a Long Time the other day. I make no guarantee that an update is forthcoming, but this is the first time since December I found myself thinking of it.
I thank you all for your patience. I apologize for this extended time off, but know I am still here and still intend to finish the story.

Ok...It has been weeks since my last update...and I honestly feel it nagging at my mind every day...unfortunately, I also feel a sense of dread when I sit down to work on Forever Is a Long Time. I have heard from multiple people, some Bronies...some not...who talk about the horrible problem when their art becomes work. I have always felt a little empathetic towards them, but I now understand just how painful this experience is. I have worked on the chapter, I have about half of the chapter
