3. Silly does a silly thing, etc.

Ugh. Yesterday was another instance where emailing my notes to my computer made the apostrophes and quotation marks completely disappear. This delayed a lot of things, and I got sleepy editing. I should be able to finish up after work today -evening time. Here's hoping.

Hot off the presses! You guys get to see what a mostly unedited -and definitely overthought- chapter end product looks like fro me. Ultimately, I am happy with this chapter especially since there was maybe 100-words last Friday, and the pressure of these deadlines actually does help me push through things even though there were a lot of scenes that were cut mostly because I could not figure out a way to transition from one to another in a coherent way. In seven days, I managed to turn my 100-words of notes into 2500, but I still haven't fleshed out the final act of the chapter. It's getting late, and my brain is shutting down for the day. So, I don't think I'll be ready to post by the time I leave for work tomorrow morning as I prefer to do. However, I do think I can get this fired off before dinner tomorrow.
