Cheese Sandwich was always the outcast until he stumbled into ponyville and found who most certainly must be the best pony he's ever known.

The hospital has always been kind to Screw Loose, especially thinking about the strange and hard to come across situation, but she's always felt as if something is missing.

One day, a new pony joins the hospital, and they change Screw Loose's life forever.

The Doctor's Tardis screws up and he thinks nothing of it. But suddenly things take an unexpected turn.
