Unfortunately I can’t provide enough evidence because I either didn’t read it right, the rules got changed, or that maybe the rule was once there, but probably got taken down because of so many stories taking a hit like that because of it… .

so unless you can prove that it's against the first rule or a crime then authors are well within their right to post whatever they want even content like the stuff that started this debate

As long as they don’t write anything too suggestive; like abuse for instance, then that’s okay… . And also as long as no one “gets off” from it, then it’s fine
