Twilight Sparkle and Spike wake up over 50 years in an alternate future, buried in their own graves, and with no idea what happened to them.

Yeah, things are about to get complicated.

The day before the royal wedding, Twilight Sparkle and friends wake up to find themselves in the Everfree Forest - All as different animals.

Now, lost and separated, they must find their way to Canterlot to somehow stop an evil being from invading their land.

Queen Chrysalis wants revenge on Twilight Sparkle. She ruins her life, making her the Queen of the Changelings and hiding her natural body away. Now, with, everypony chasing her for crimes she didn't commit, she must find a way back before her soul is lost. forever.

Twilight Sparkle visits the royal library to find some books on Equestrian history, only to find out the reason why she really became Celestia's student all those years ago.

Now she is on a quest for the truth, and must go back in time to help defeat the evil that is know to this day as Discord.

Scootaloo finds out that, with the right piece of mind and willpower, you can switch somepony else's cutie mark, even if you don't have one. So, naturally, she tries to switch everypony's cutie mark, with no success.

Thinking that she got cheated out of another cutie mark opportunity, she goes to check on her friends. What she finds there might just be a disaster... or an opportunity.
