Two bits of news:
I've been writing and selling stories for longer than a lot of folks reading this have been alive. Check Baal Bunny for more!
The major hazard:
Of writing and reading the sort of serial fiction this site abounds in is, of course, the ding-dang cliffhanger. The only thing worse, I'd have to say, than the two-week break between the cliffhanger at the end of Piefall's Act II, "Pie Another Day," and the beginning of Act III, "For Your Pies Only," will be the two-week break between the two cliffhangers that are scheduled to end Act III and the beginning of the story's final act, "The Pie Who Loved Me."
So here it is:
"Talk like Zecora Day," apparently, and I'm posting Book III of "The Laughter and the Night," what with it being a mini-epic poem and all...
Equestria Daily's:
Been running their 3rd annual "Artist Training Ground" event since the middle of August, and it makes me realize that the one Pony story of mine that I've never inflicted on you kindly folks is the 30 page comic I wrote and drew for the 1st ATG event back in June of 2011.
First:
Book II of my mini-epic, The Laughter and the Night, is up. I hope to have the conclusion, Book III, ready to go in two weeks. But we'll see.
