Everything began with a dream. Soon, Rainbow Dash, Twilight, and their friends end up in a strange new world where card games decide everything. With the help of their new friends, Yugi Muto, Yusaku Fujiki, and their friends, some more reluctant than others, the Mane 7 now have to go on many perilous journeys to help keep this new world and their world safe.

Things have gone strangely for our heroes to be. Not only has Nightmare Moon returned, but the land of Equestria has been corrupted by some dark creatures called the Heartless. Working together with Sora, Donald, and Goofy, hopefully the worlds can all be saved before it is too late.

One day, on the way to the Yugioh dimension, Rarity is separated from her friends and ends up in the Xyz Dimension. With no way back home, she decides to assist Yuma and Tori with helping Astral collect the 100 pieces of his memory; the Number cards.

Takes place over one year before "Duel Monsters Are Magic: Arc-V

One day, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity are teleported into the Pokemon world for unknown reasons, with the rest of their friends following after. While living their lives back at home, the group also end up going on a Pokemon journey as well as trying to find out a way to save the Pokemon world from a variety of threats.

After the others attack them due to a misunderstanding and Shiro yells at them, Keith and Lance end up in Equestria to heal both physically and mentally. Along the way, their fellow paladins and the Mane 6 end up running into them, complicating things. Will things get better for the duo and will they open themselves up to past and new friends or will they, especially Keith, get lost in their own hurt and angry feelings?

Not long after Equestria was saved from Nightmare Moon, the Mane 6 and Spike find themselves in some strange new worlds that are centered around the hot new card game, Duel Monsters.
However, with the introduction to the new summoning method called Pendulum Summoning, the discovery of a Link Dimension, and the start of a multi-dimensional war coming to the Standard Dimension and possibly even Equestria, can our heroes help Yuya and his friends save the dimensions or will they be turned into cards trying?

The Main 6 are separated in Neo Domino City and Satellite when they try to return to the human world of Duel Monsters. Now, they'll have to help the Signers save their world from a variety of dangerous threats.

The Main 6 and Spike find that their world will be under the threat of the Sacred Beasts. In order to stop it, they must go to the human world of Duel Monsters. While there, they will attend Duel Academy and learn about Duel Monsters.

After a spell gone awry, The Main 6, Spike, and Starlight Glimmer end up in a new world where everything is papery. While there, they meet a new friend in Mario, the hero of this world. Now they must work together with Mario and other new friends in order to stop a threat to not only this new papery world, but to other worlds as well.
