If someone told Twilight she would end up in any sort of relationship with a disorganized mismatch of colors made pony, she'd have called them insane.

(A 10 minute challenge fic where I write the adventures of Student Twilight and normal Dash. Chapters will be ultra short and will be TwiDash. Eventually.)

Twilight is new to many things, even after all the time she spent with her friends. But luckily, for all of her shortcomings and naivety, there are many helpful guides to aid her.

Now, if only the book was something she could read without endless teasing from Rainbow Dash.

Cadence was the Princess of love, and it was her duty to help those in need to find the one they were destined for.

And, sure, sometimes ponies have unforeseen baggage, or a unexpected facet of their personality that she couldn’t foresee. But, even with all that, Cadence is the Princess of love, and it was her duty to help mend the broken hearts of those she found.

Too bad that she misinterpreted the situation completely, and kinda/sorta pushed Rainbow Dash into committing an assault.

She's not gonna need love-Magic. She's gonna need some band-aids.

Rainbow Dash has a crush.

A huge one.

On a mare with beautiful purple eyes.

On a mare with a nice, pointy horn, and a wonderful set of wings.

On a mare that can somehow rock what had to be the most boring of haircuts known to ponykind, making it look like the leading act of a fashion show.

So, with all that in mind, what was there for a big, athletic, inexperienced, and frankly, totally awesome pegasus to do?

Well, to be honest, there is only one real solution. Acquire a book, get a reservation to a fancy restaurant, some tickets to las Pegasus, bribe Starlight, hire Scootaloo with a radio as a spy, and see which things work.

A castle made of nothing but pure crystal and magic burns down.

Rainbow Dash is hopelessly, head-over-heels in love. So, the obvious solution is to ask the mare in question out.

Easy peasy, right?

Twilight learns that, in the grand scheme of things, not sharing can actually lead to *good* things

Rainbow Dash holds her child, and thinks about the future.

If there was one thing that Rainbow Dash knew, it was that everyone loved High Princess Luna. And that, by Proxy, everyone loved her daughter, Princess Twilight, as well.

Too bad she loves said young Princess in a completely different way.

Eh, she'll figure it out.
