It came from the musical THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL. I just did a little photoshopping on his eye and added the quote.
I chose it because of my haunted housing days during Oct. It looks very much like my costume I wore for many years.
Jeremy Fox was my characters name and was also known as the Lord of Blackraven Manor hence my user name here.
