Suprisingly, they're very good. My mom, if I remember correctly, really couldn't make good chocolate-chip cookies. She made gluten-free ones a couple months back when she overreacted at an allergic reaction of mine. They were, Buckin' AMAZIN'! They don't sacrifice anything to make a wheat-free cookie. Win for everypony.
