After a day of Crusading, Scootaloo has to leave the farm, alone, as she tries to go home. Sadly, she is all too aware of what waits in the shadows. What waits for her specifically. Without her friends by her side, and the sun setting behind the trees, she must face what awaits her every time she's alone. What refuses to leave her be.

A strange idea that came to me out of nowhere and I decided I just had to write it out. Critique, thoughts and the like heavily appreciated!
Not too sure about the tags to use, but I suppose this is 'horror' enough to warrant the tag.

Life is odd, really. You never know exactly what will happen, or if something is good or bad. Or if it will stay good or bad in the long run. Such thoughts only ever brought me anxiety. Such thoughts are all I really have anymore.

I was just a normal brony, enjoyed the show, the fanart, the music, and sure, I had my daydreams of going to Equestria. But, waking up in the Everfree forest as a pegasus of the wrong gender, without a memory of how I got there, before Twilight ever left Canterlot, really puts things in perspective.

Surviving the forest, Nightmare Moon, Discord, the Changelings, all of that will be easy, it's the lack of internet and inevitable socializing that has my skin crawling. Well, that and me potentially ruining the timeline with my sheer existence, that isn't fun either. That is, if the timeline doesn't ruin me first, or was already ruined to begin with!

This is just a, hopefully, low stress story to do on the side and have fun with, while my more in depth and complicated stories are forged. As such, things can go in many directions if it brings wondrous fun, adventure or drama I can have fun writing.

Twilight took pity on Trixie and offered her a place in the Library after her home and stage were destroyed by the Ursa Minor, and Trixie happily accepted. After much persuasion to not run off into the darkness of the night to avoid the passing judgement of sleepy ponies.

It has been months since and Trixie has decide that Twilight is Great and Powerful in her own right and they could be a Great and Powerful couple! Unfortunately for her, while getting her hat repaired, Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy decide to help. A little too much.

An entry into the Right Back At It Again - 2020 Shipping Competition

This being my first one shot and first (real) attempt at romance (and comedy), as always, critique is welcome!

Life has a weird way of messing with you. You might get screwed here or there, out a job, maybe a stab in the back, nothing you can't get back from. Then there are those times. The times you can't get back from within your wildest dreams. And the universe couldn't cut me a break and make the impossibility simple. Nope, didn't get to stay human, didn't get the luxury of being transmorgified into a pony, griffon, or other, I didn't even end up as an already established pony within the candyland of Equestria!

Nope, for me, I wake up not as Pinkie Pie, but instead inside the mind of Pinkie Pie. Back on the rock farm when she was a filly. My name ain't that important anymore, but Pinkie's taken to calling me Mena. And it's gonna be a long, windy, freaky road ahead, ain't it?

9/19/2023: Overall grammar overhaul for existing chapters.

After Discord was defeated a second time his energies of chaos were expelled from all he manipulated; the land, the ponies and the innumerable inanimate objects, leaving the chaotic power to wander the land aimlessly. At least until it found the remnants of Nightmare Moon's power, left lying within the decrepit castle.

The two energies, of nightmares and chaos fused together, bringing forth a strange unicorn colt who seemed to take after both his magical semi-relatives. As the colt finds himself in Ponyville under the frantic watch of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, how will the three fillies, and all of Ponyville handle the young and eccentric colt?

<Set around season 3. Characters and tags added as needed and are subject to some change. Slice of Life with some Adventure elements sprinkled throughout. 2021 update: Undergoing rewrites and story reconstruction>

Since Ancient times, great and powerful beings have clashed and been defeated by the Elements of Harmony, but not all of these beings are content to sit and wait much longer. With one enemy of Equestria slowly returning, a Pegasus mare is thrown into the center of confusion and choice. As her life changes, from the being and more, she must decide her path on this road of questions; what will she do, what will she say, who will she trust, what will her friends hate her if they found out, what will she have for dinner and is the thing that's sorta in her head really all that dangerous? All she knows is Discord also coming along for the ride doesn't make things any easier.
