Hello again!

Chapter 5 is progressing, albeit slower than planned. Work and family life have been holding me back for most of the month— but a more lax schedule for the month of June is going to mean a increase in writing speed. I’m also taking a half-week vacation in a few weeks which will be dedicated solely to more writing. Its got me super hyped in the motivation department, which has been lacking lately to say the least.

Ch.4 is coming along, albeit slowly. I intended it to be a lot shorter than it has become, but a certain character has been an adjustment to write to say the least. Very wordy and grandiose. No worries though, I’m over the halfway point and it should be relatively smooth sailing downhill from here. Expect Ch.4 late this month, or, worst case, in the first week of May.

Cutting to the chase once again, Chapter 3 has been handed off for editing. Expect it to be up in a week or so! It’s a little longer than I would have liked at just over 11,000 words in its raw draft; It could get shorter or longer in the editing process, we’ll have to see.
