Twilight’s card has been tweaked an additional time for balance reasons, though this change is even more minor. 4 starting loyalty is very strong for how versatile she is, especially considering how powerful her -1 is for card filtering, so to compensate I’ve decreased her starting loyalty by one (as well as her ultimate, to maintain the number of turns to fully charge it.)
