It's... a thing. I don't exactly 'hate' it, but it's certainly going to take some getting used to the notifications/feed split. Honestly, having blog posts in one place and group topic posts somewhere else just seems... weird to me. I mean, it's almost logical to split the results of your follows/watches/group joins from automatic notifications, but then there's that one thing that doesn't fit that scheme.

I was really hoping to keep to at least a monthly schedule, but being sick over the middle of the month really kind of threw everything off. A short while ago, Sharing the Night hit 1,000 comments, and as of now it has also hit 3,000 favorites. I'm tempted to do something like a wallpaper in thanks, but I get the feeling that most people would tell me to just write more instead.

It's an interesting experience, using google docs to write chapters. I've been using it all along, but after getting used to the comment functionality recently, I've begun to work them into my workflow, and it seems to be helping.

Every time I write a strong reaction line, I have the urge to end the chapter right then and there. This is how cliffhangers come to be, people; beware.

In case anyone is wondering why, it's not because of anything negative, I just never ever remember to check it. I'm much better at story comments and personal messages, so I'm hoping taking the user page comments down will get people to use those instead.
