I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up that I don't foresee the next chapter being released this Wednesday, and will probably be pushed back a week. This is due to my ongoing medical issues. Nothing really all that new to report on, and certainly no positive updates.

Well, it likely won't be this week, but chapter 5 is typed up, and I'm looking to have this one edited. If I can, I will also try to create some art for this chapter as well, but we'll see where my motivation and talent line up.

So, this is a mix of good news and bad news.

The bad news is that my undiagnosed condition has been deemed severe enough that I am no longer able to work, and there are heavy restrictions on my ability to drive. As in... I essentially can't anymore.

Contractually, I can't lose my job over this. Not for at least another six months or so... I think. I have some legal protections built-in with my work, so I don't have to worry for a while. Regardless...

Due to repeated health complications and trips to the emergency room, I am woefully behind schedule with putting the next chapter together. Still no updates or diagnosis. The struggle continues as to why, yet... here I am.

So, yeah. The irony in focusing on so many broken hearts in this new arc is that this past Monday, I made another magic trip to the ER because of chest pains, difficulty breathing, lightheadedness, blah, blah, blah... Well, I had the flu with a temp of over 101, which was fun, and just to be safe, they ran some blood tests. It turns out they detected elevated levels of Troponin (or something similar to it, I was really in and out the whole time).

Just wanted to give a rough idea of what to look forward to. As of right now, my plan is to try and do one last read-through of chapter 2, add in the art (I got one picture for it), and publish it on Thursday the 8th, this Thursday.

After that, I'll hopefully have some downtime between friends, and doctor visits, then work to push forward on making more ground on the next few chapters and the proposed art.
