So I haven’t been keeping up with the show as of sometime around season 7. Mostly because Starlight Glimmer came and the writers began aggressively pushing their new OC in everyone’s faces, and the show stopped being a slice of life comedy, and started going for spectacle and world building over what actually matters: characters and stories.
