With her first semester as principal finally done, Starlight is ready for a well-deserved holiday break. Wanting to balance out her best-friend Trixie’s clinginess and her father…well, being her father, Starlight decides to have Trixie spend the Hearth’s Warming holidays with them. Jealousy soon erupts, however, when her father begins treating Trixie like a second daughter. By the end of the holidays, everyone will have learned an important lesson about what it means to be family.

The Great and Powerful Trixie continues to try and master teleportation under Starlight Glimmer's tutelage. When she senses her friend is starting to once again get frustrated, she decides it's time for a snack break. What follows is a simple conversation between friends as Trixie reflects on where she's been and where she's heading.

Edit: The story is currently cancelled due to inactivity after a few years. However, I'm currently contemplating rebooting the story at some point, so any comments and suggestions on what you like/dislike would be appreciated.

It's been several months since the Alicorn Amulet incident, and much has changed for the Great and Powerful Trixie. Her reputation damaged once again, she continues on with her magic act, determined to try and turn over a new leaf. With Twilight Sparkle now an alicorn princess, however, Trixie finds herself plagued with nightmares and a renewed sense of jealousy. Sympathetic to the mare's feelings, which mirror ones she once held long ago, Princess Luna decides to intervene.

Returning back to his home and job in Ponyville, Time Turner soon finds himself joining Minuette and his friends at an excavation of the ancient Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters. Even his friend Derpy’s daughter Dinky has come along, with the promise of writing a report about for school of course. But when she makes a new imaginary friend, it seems that Time Turner and his friends are going to be discovering more than thousand year old furniture in this castle.

After the events of Boast Buster, Trixie finds herself fleeing from the town of Ponyville. Feelings of anger and revenge have long left her mind. Instead, only despair and sadness are left. Out on the roads of Equestria, however, she soon runs into an odd acting stallion with a hourglass cutie mark who strikes up a conversation against her will. She soon finds herself stuck with a companion who soon proves himself a thrill-seeking lunatic...and that he is the only pony who has a chance of helping her regain her lost confidence.
