Appearance
Damien is a human below average in height, known for his excellent swordsmanship and extremely rare yellow eye colour.
His skin is ashen, and his hair is short but messy and slightly curly.
He is wearing sewed cotton clothing with a leather belt and two leather straps crossing his upper body, he is also wearing dark leather and fabric boots, and on his back he keeps weapons sheathed in the straps.

Additionally, in chapter 2, he starts wearing an amethyst necklace with the inscription 'Talis'.
He got the necklace from the mysterious pony Talis Moon, who claimed that it would bring Damien luck.

Skills/Powers
Damien has a natural talent with swords and can handle them outstandingly enough to cut through solid rock and break other blades with ease.
He also proved to be remarkably swift when moving around and using his blade, and his reflexes as well.
Damien's swiftness has led him to develop a sword technique where the pressure from the sharp ends of the blade can cut down objects or creatures from a significant distance.

Another ability that Ruby Hoof noted is that Damien has great potential when it comes to acting as a catalyst for The Resistance, befriending and convincing ponies to oppose Discord's reign.

Ruby is a white coloured pony with a horn and has different shades of dark red as eye colour, and she has a soft pink mane and a long fluffy pink tail.
She is wearing a chainmail suit equipped with tools and a short sword, and the chainmail is covering most of her body except the head, stretching down near the end of her forehooves and hind hooves.

Skills/Powers
Ruby has a lot of experience with tactics and fighting that she learned during her years serving as a soldier in The Resistance, and is partially responsible for the tactics Damien learned in chapter 1.

Other than that, Ruby has no significant powers.

Appearance
Talis is a mysterious light blue and slim pony with gleaming amethyst coloured eyes and a long white silvery mane and tail.
Throughout chapter two he is wearing a brown fabric cloak covering most of his visual appearance.

He is assumed to be a unicorn because of the ability to use magic (check Skills/Powers section for more information)

Skills/Powers
Talis is well educated and an expert in magic, such as spell casting, etc. He has also shown to have a massive amount of knowledge and declined the request for assistance to overthrow Discord from the throne.

His swiftness in using magic is on par with Damien's physical abilities and was able to subdue both Damien and Seth, along with two other commanding officers of The Resistance in one go.

Death
There is not much known of Talis's death.
After giving Damien the necklace that Talis claimed would bring luck, he went back to his country to die an inevitable death protecting what he loved, where a spear was pierced deep into his chest.

Appearance
Seth is a tall and slender man, with sunburned ashen skin and dark blonde hair with hazel coloured eyes.

He is wearing a painted leather uniform with the symbol of The Resistance printed on the back and shoulders, his tall boots are made out of polished iron and hardened leather, and carries no weapons at all.

Skills/Powers
Since Seth was a little kid, he has been kicking other humans and objects such as logs, planks, and even stones in hope to become stronger one day.
After years of endurance and kicking, his kicks have become powerful enough to crack rocks and break weapons of his foes.

Seth also shows extreme endurance from all those years of kicking, after having experienced swollen feet, legs, broken bones, he can endure heavy blows without falling to his knees.
Therefore earning the alias 'Ironleg' and made himself a known criminal throughout The Frozen North.
