Just broke 7K on the word count! Did about 2200 words in the last couple hours. I'm seeing that year mark coming up from part one, and I'm determined to get this out before then, even if I'm still wary on how the content will be received.

It's been 10 months, or near enough. I don't really have an excuse at this point. I got another page done tonight though, so it's still on my mind from time to time. Looking to get it done during October, hopefully middle of it. If you're still along for the ride, stay tuned, and thank you.

At 3200 words now, slow-going. It's been really hard to find time, and now with schedule changes at work, I'm not sure if there'll be more or less time now! Still, just thought, since it's been, geez, 3 months or so, that I oughta let folks know I'm still at it, on occasion.

Managed to hammer out 1500 words tonight, so that puts me at....1500 words so far! Ha, holidays being the usual business, I'm hoping to have this out a bit quicker than the last part. I'm a bit concerned about the content and how it'll affect the overall opinion around this, but then again, I'm writing someone else's wishes here.

At 4500 now, still chugging along. Life's busy, but I'm still finding time for this! I think I'm about 40% through the plot so far. Should be a good one! It'll probably end up being lengthy.

I'm a little over 2K words right now. Another month gone, but was less than 500 words a couple hours ago. Making some good progress, but I keep finding myself adding more and more detail, taking paragraphs to get to the next plot point. Bear with me folks. So far, each chapter has been longer than the last, but I'm hoping the trend doesn't continue with this one. Hope y'all stick around!

Working on Chapter 4 still, things are finally moving! I really just need to actually just, sit down and write, and think about doing that. hope to have something out this week, maybe the weekend if it takes longer than I think. Thanks for being extra patient, those of you still following this.

I've put the fic on hiatus. I've managed 2 lines for chapter 4, and that's it in over a month. Lately I just haven't found the time to sit down and write. I'll get back to it when I can, but I think I've burned myself out for the moment.

I've got a rough outline for the next chapter, so hopefully it won't take a month. If anyone's got something to critique on the fic so far, I'd be happy to hear it. I've gotten some good remarks, but would be happy for some constructive criticism.

Any thoughts? Something to improve on? Something you might want to see in the future?
