Memories of being ostracized by Cozy Glow and the other pony students, and bullied by dragons back home for going to "pony school", haunt Smolder as horrific nightmares that cause her to nearly break. On a particular night, after being awoken by one such nightmare, Smolder flies into the Everfree Forest and accidentally wakes a roc. Can any creature save her? Help her love herself?

Smolder's a dragon from the Dragon Lands, where might makes right and power is respected. Her guilty pleasure is totally innocent, and that's kind of the problem. Even with Ocellus and Gallus knowing her secret, she still feels insecure about opening up. She's afraid to be vulnerable. Everything changes, however, when she has a chance encounter with her favorite professor and cheer leading coach.

Discord was far from the only chaotic being out and about. He himself will tell you that chaos is not a singularity; it's just easier to understand that way. When Eldritch horror and cosmic superball Nyarlathotep goes to Discord's house for tea, the Draconequus has to justify his reformation while face to face with the mortality and inevitable demise of Fluttershy and his other friends.

Regalia Cross is a Pegasus mare who enlisted in the Equestrian Royal Guard after the rise of Nightmare Moon. Her resolve becomes steeled more than ever with each nigh on impossible feat of the Mane Six. Then, her faith in herself and her country is put on display with a promotion from Princess Twilight herself.

Set in the episode "Green Isn't Your Color", Fluttershy finishes up a photo shoot and meets a cheese enthusiast mouse. Somehow, this causes Photo Finish to detect what she calls 'the magics', and the magics sweep the nation in a most unprecedented way.

Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich, who have always thrown parties for others, decide they want to elope instead of hosting an extravagant wedding for themselves. In their view, the perfect place to have their wedding away from home is Dodge Junction. Little do they know that the desert town has had unwelcome guests as of late.

Fluttershy's animal friends have gone into hibernation or migrated away for the winter, and her pony friends have been kept busy with their seasonal duties. She is left along with her thoughts, and they mercilessly wear her down, causing her to doubt her life thus far amounted to anything. Some of her closest friends have to show her otherwise, or at least give her a shoulder to cry on. That makes all the difference in the world.

Love is in bloom in Ponyville, and the brides are Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. Having known each other from growing up, their friendship had turned into something more, and now that bond would blossom, with each Pegasus reflecting on the most admirable traits of her bride. They're moving forward, and they're doing it together.

Braeburn fell for a unicorn stallion named Riverdew when trying to find somepony to design an irrigation system for his orchard. Fearing for how Appleloosa would judge them, Braeburn must hide his heart from his fellow townsponies, even as everything falls apart and the chips hit the floor.

Scootaloo never wanted to come across as insecure, afraid or weak in any manner. She struggled with not being able to fly, and life's little misgivings would pile on top. It wasn't until she had a life-changing conversation with Fluttershy that she knew what to do to end the chapter of strife her insecurities had written in her life.
