Those who followed me and read my blogs know that I have talked about this before. About the fact that I was considering doing so. And I think its time to make the call.
I'm leaving the site, the fandom, etc.
Now, am I deleting everything? Am I leaving my discord servers? I'm not deleting my fimfic account. And my discord servers... I'll leave some, and heavily limit my activity in the rest.
The fact that I still can maintain connection to the internet is... quite a miracle. (thanks Winscribe!) And the situation here is getting more dire day by day with the unity between people to dethrone the current regime gets stronger and stronger, it's only a matter of time till the revolution succeeds.
Anyone who has been up to date with the news should probably know that following the murder of Mahsa Amini, a spark has kindled people's hearts and brought a great number of them from everywhere of Iran into the streets for protests.
This is probably the biggest protest we've yet seen... but the authorities (Those bastards) won't stay put. They are already shooting at protesters. Straight in the head. Many deaths have been reported just today.
Sadly, the problematic draft that may very well lead to all my county loosing access to worldwide network has been passed and will be enforced soon. It'll take a few months till the full effects take in their place and we lose access to sites, apps, and global internet one after the other.
And, in the most hopeful scenario, all those services will become extremally censored and seen by the government that it doesn't make much difference if they didn't exist in the first place anyway.
The council of high mages are up to something. They are keeping something in the dungeon And Clover must get to the bottom of it. Before it gets too late.
I used to watch this as a kid on MBC3 as a kid way back then. But it was dubbed in Arabic and I not only didn't know Arabic back then, I believe the episodes weren't aired in order either.
However, years later (Now) I found it dubbed in English on YouTube and watched the whole thing in a few weeks. You could say this was the first time I was properly watching it.
For an animated show from 2003, I have to say, it holds up fine after almost 20 years.
Here, I though I'll get to take a deep breath and focus on a lot of stuff and be productive and everything but...
Just today, i got the news.
The Sianat draft will return on the council's table in two weeks. If you have forgotten about what this draft is: its basically cutting out internet bandwidth from the country in about a few months, through the excuse of internet policy.
