The Hive is preparing for Operation Immortal. Chrysalis seeks for her in to Canterlot, her sons train, practice and prepare, and Ajit sits in the gryphon city of Endurheimta, meditating silently. His search to better himself in knowledge of the world and the teachings of the Buddha are helped by Manisha, a religious soldier of the city, and together, the changeling moulds his inner self far more drastically than any shapeshifting spell could hope to achieve.

Princess Celestia wants to teach her Faithful Student, the young Twilight Sparkle, the magic that the night sky holds. In an empty field that stretches on in every direction for miles, where there's no light to obscure or pollute the sky, the stars have as much of a voice as either of the ponies do.
