Two years ago, he left for his religious mission to Indonesia. When he left, Dr. Strange hadn't come out yet, and Barack Obama was still president.

The house has been strange lately without him. I'm waiting on his return on the 29th like a child counting down till Christmas. I really want to see him again after two years of teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of Indonesia. He loves it there, but I'd like it better if he was here.

Just finished hiking up the mountain again for the fourth time in my life now--except this time, it's in the dark, first thing in the black morning, after spending the night before in a wet hammock.

Old Rag is this challenging, rocky, nine-mile hike that's 3,800 feet in elevation and nine overall miles on the trail. Now, the rock scrambling is amazing. I love that part. But my hands are all calloused now, and I don't know what to do now that it's over.

It's A Christmas Carol. Okay, yay. That's good. I've never been in a professional play in my life, but hey, it's good. High School plays aren't professional, but hey, it's better than nothing.

Hoo boy, I'm nervous about this. I know I shouldn't be, but I still am. I like it, but I feel like so many things are riding on me now.

I can't access the site from my home wifi anymore! It shows a "Caution: people may be attempting to access this site to gain personal information" sign, but I just know that's just the wifi provider not allowing the site to be on for whatever reason. I can check in maybe once a day now because I go to a small church meeting early in the morning, but apart from that, I don't know what the future will hold for frequent updating.
