I was searching the site for all stories that had something to do with reflection, since that particular keyword usually turns up a higher than average proportion of unique fics, and yours stood out as being the only one that talked about someone seeking to break mirrors rather than literally or figuratively gaze into them. I have a soft spot in my literary heart for stories that approach an oft-used concept from a direction that I've never thought of before.
