Fluttershy finds herself on The TARDIS after an incident with a mysterious extraterrestrial phenomenon. It is up to Fluttershy and the Doctor find her a way home. Along the way, she must overcome the obstacles and fears that come with being without one's friends in a darker, more violent universe populated by giants.

The shy Pegasus is taken on adventures across time and space. It is a journey of self-discovery for both Fluttershy and The Doctor. For Fluttershy must find the strength within herself, once again to overcome her insecurities in the face of the terrors these unknown worlds throw at her. Along, the way Flutts gains new friends in the form of old companions who help to find her place when travelling with The Doctor. The Doctor, Is forced to show a more tender side of himself in the sensitive pony's company. He must heal from his past scars while running from his past sins and also brace himself for the uncertainty that the future holds.
