Just a heads up for those that are interested. With Deadpan's assistance, chapter 2 has been cleaned of its many mistakes, and broken into a chapter and a interlude to match the format of the rest of the story. No rereading is required, as most of the content is the same, just better written. There is however about 20-25% new material, consisting mostly of expanded interactions between Twilight and the Wards.

They are reports from the PRT (governmental agency in charge of super powered shenanigans) on their observations on Luna and Twilight and Ponies in general.
