Ah series 7, the one where they're not even being subtle about Rarity being a lot wilder by nature than what became self-satire somewhere around S2 and 3 lets on. Thanks for the fodder for my 'impulsive artist over everything' take on her and all but I'm starting to run out of room on my 'reasons to find Rarity relatable' list now I'm suspecting she applies her makeup listening to Bad Religion too. :p

It's a funny thing, creativity. You can ride a high for a while, then life and family and paying bills gets in the way, then the instant you get free time again the motivation has gone. A little while later it turns out all you needed was to find a fandom to share with those you love and a school holiday's worth of having ponies inserted into everything.

Okay so maybe this is just me, but sometimes I'm just like 'what the hay' with who gets what merchandise. As amusing as torturing Rainbow Dash with a grooming session can be, why is she a thing for dress up toys when you have a perfectly good pony whose entire schtick is dressing up? I demand some sense of canon in my merchandise!
