We saw Sunset Shimmer and Sci-Twi's trip to school on that rainy Monday. But what happened to get the other girls to this point?

Here's my interpretation.

I know I did one for Rainbow already but I don't really believe that's how it actually happened with her, it was more for comedy and for my love for speedsters. (I did add a little bit of that in there though so her part doesn't seem too uneventful)

After Rainbow Dash and Applejack talk about how Applejack used to bite Rainbow Dash's tail, Silverstream challenges Gallus to a game where they chase each other around and try to bite each other's tails.

Shortly after the Storm King's defeat, Twilight falls ill with a rare fever. Fortunately Zecora has an easy remedy to it, but Twilight experiences a very long dream, and when she wakes up, realizes how ridiculous it was.

A sort of fix-it fanfic to anypony who disliked Seasons 8 and 9. More on this will go in the author's notes.

Rainbow Dash finds a hypnosis amulet and uses it to make Applejack and Rarity act like her and each other. She finds it quite entertaining, even if it means Rarity biting her tail a few times.

Cozy Glow puts her backup plan into effect and, with the help of Chrysalis, breaks Tirek out of Tartarus. Chrysalis and Tirek gain power, and they help Cozy Glow rise to power. Can they be defeated this time?

An alternative to Season 9, if anyone's disappointed with it when it comes out or have already given up on it after Season 8. I'm sure it won't satisfy me so I'll go by this as a headcanon. Also a sort of "predict how it could go next" and see how accurate it is when Season 9 comes. Anyone who might have heard rumors of an extra villain or two (edit: which turned out to be true, Sombra and Grogar), I didn't include them, it worked fine with these three here.

And if the ending - or any part of this story - comes true in Season 9, whether it was their original plan or they drew inspiration from this, I won't be offended or cause any drama. I'm actually cheering for the same ending. If I nailed any of this, it's coincidence, I have no idea what will happen.

In an alternate universe, the Storm King finds a way to enter Seaquestria, captures Queen Novo and Princess Skystar, and interrogates them as to how to get to the pearl. It is up to Silverstream to stop him. After ascending a ridiculously long flight of stairs, the energetic hippogriff faces off against the cuteness-hating tyrant.

In part, this is a parody of the film, The Color of Magic, which I thought of due to a long staircase and the way the villain, Trymon, was defeated (and the aftermath). If you haven't seen the movie, you might not get the references near the end.

Note: In this universe, Silverstream is less fearful of the Storm King than in canon (What Lies Beneath).

Silverstream hears about the Ghostbusters NES game, particularly its long flight of stairs, and tries playing it. Will she love the stairs or will the gameplay get too annoying for her? And then, the only other character who loves stairs joins in!

Set in an alternate universe with a few differences, most notably the movies and games we know in real life exist there, and that the Crystal Heart purified Sombra instead of destroying him and he is now living in Ponyville.

Two symbiotes, Nightmare and Shadow, reside in another dimension, waiting for the right pony to corrupt and transform into evil ponies of darkness, so that they may plunge another world of light into darkness.

An interpretation of an event that was long-speculated.

Update: I was just reminded of something suggesting that Nightmare Moon isn't like the Pony of Shadows in this way, that Luna became that way on her own, and that even Legends of Magic is non-canon to the show. So, I added an Alt. Universe tag.

The Storm King survives his death and is sidetracked from his revenge mission against Twilight and Tempest by his hate for cuteness, leading him to a vendetta against the three cutest ponies - Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity. How can they defeat him?

Of course, it is subjective as to who the cutest ponies are, but most of us can agree that Fluttershy is the cutest. Also, this story isn't meant to fit into canon (hence the Alternate Universe tag), and in no way do I have a headcanon that the Storm King survived, I'd like to think he and Sombra stay dead as of canon.

King Sombra steals a car, and he, Queen Chrysalis, Lord Tirek, the Dazzlings, Midnight Sparkle, and the Storm King drive it around quite irresponsibly while planning world domination - or intending to plan world domination, but getting a little distracted. It doesn't end well.
