It's been almost 8 months since I last posted a damn thing here and, while I'm not sorry, I'm annoyed with myself for leaving a story unfinished. In addition, Table for Two's prose version is in dire need of a rewrite, because apparently 8-months-ago-Filly thought it was a good idea to write that adaptation in present tense. Needless to say, it's getting past-tensed before I get to Chapter 2.

It's in the title. Took a 6-week break to focus on my non-fanfiction writing and evidently forgot about updating Table for Two.

So...

Sorry.

Anyway, still focusing on other projects so I don't know when Table for Two's going to get prosed up and posted here. It's not exactly top-priority stuff, if I'm perfectly honest. Maybe this month I"ll get Chapter 2 up. Maybe. We'll see if I can finish my other projects in a reasonable time-frame.

Right, just letting you guys know that I'm NOT dead. Just terribly delayed. Between writing my stories, working on my non-fanfic stuff, and trying to find work, it's been tough to focus on converting Table for Two into prose. Thanks for bearing with me.

So yeah, next chapter of Table for Two is going to be a bit delayed. Not long though, not at all. There's absolutely no need to not stay calm because it's totally under control. No problems at all. Slight delay, that's all. Just a little writer's block is all, but it's fine, completely fine. I'll definitely be back to making headway on these projects soon.

Just a heads-up for anyone following me: The first chapter of Table for Two will be released this afternoon. I'll be posting the story in installments chapter by chapter as I convert them from the original greentext. Barring any disaster or hangups, you can expect to see a chapter a week of this story until it's finished, which may be a while as it's nearing novel-length. After that, I'll be converting a couple of my other stories into straight prose for you guys to read.
