I haven't developed a summary yet but it's somewhere around this:

Octavia moves to Canterlot to join a famous band, leaving behind Vinyl in Ponyville. 3 months passed by and Vinyl hasn't heard from Octavia since. Vinyl fears she might have lost her best and possibly only friend.

A pony wakes up with no memory whatsoever. Ponies with amnesia should remember their past, their lifes and their joys.

Then why is this one receiving visions from his future as well?
