Sequel to Twilight Buys a Shake Weight

Feeling guilty over her role in the "Shake Weight Incident", Rainbow Dash agrees to help Twilight Sparkle look through the scrolls and books recovered from the Old Canterlot Castle in hopes of finding any information regarding the mysterious chest from the Tree of Harmony. They eventually come across a black scroll hidden among the other ones. What could it hold inside?

In hopes of getting in better shape for flight training with Rainbow Dash, Twilight orders something in the mail that should help her do just that.
