Life has handed me a fair amount of lemons recently. I've learned to make many things with these lemons; not just lemonade (or combustible lemons).

I suppose as a result of learning of all the things I can make with these lemons, life has decided to reward me. I finally have a computer to call my own. That means more time to write! Yippee!!

I definitely had a lot of fun and I can't wait for the next ones. While I was away, I was able to get some outlines for some new stories done. I'll sort through them and proceed to write. Expect something later this month!

This flew on me totally last minute but it wasn't that bad. I found out on Wednesday that I'll be flying to San Diego on Monday. But I'll still be attending Comic-con either way. I changed my flight around and was able to get properly situated at the expense of having a 48 hour layover in Chicago. So tomorrow morning, I'll be driving to Atlanta, hanging out there for a bit and then on Monday, I'll be on my flight.

Not really, but there was a fire.

I'm typing this from the mobile browser on my phone so I'll be quick. Today is the first day of Bronycon! Remember to look for someone in a Star Swirl the Bearded costume!

As I write this, I am at my boarding gate for my flight to New York for Bronycon. For those of you who would like to meet me, I will be staying at the Double Tree hotel in Times Square. The first day of the con, I will be wearing my Star Swirl the Bearded costume. It's just gonna be the cape and the hat. Nothing special except to say that I was Star Swirl the Bearded. The second day of the con, I'll be wearing this shirt.

I am an active convention goer. Whether for The Autistic Self-Advocacy Network, Doctor Who, Pony or even just anime and comic books. I love conventions. I actually returned from one a few days ago. Metrocon in Tampa. I hosted 2 panels. Both of which were fanfic workshops with considerable turnout.

Currently on my desk is my pet iguana that I have cared for since about 4 weeks after he was hatched. His name is Treeko and he is one of the best things that have ever happened to me. Sure he makes me slightly less productive but he's always an entertaining little guy to hang around with.
