If you want larger-scale advice (story direction, character things, etc.), you may ask, but I prefer to leave those sorts of changes to you (the author) or other proofreaders who are better at catching those sorts of things.

I do this for free, but that does unfortunately mean I am limited to what free time I have, so don't expect feedback the minute you send it in.
