I think that would be awesome if you did. Sadly, the Little Steppes story is the only complete one of the bunch so far. Zun and Moon is the most complete as its own chapter, but it's also got some sexual themes in it; The Manehatten Project is probably my more ambitious story so far on FiM, but I'm determined to get it done someday.
