Not everyone is okay, and the littlest of things can set you off. Rejection, feeling unappreciated, and a long history of sadness can be a lot to bear. There are so many things that can weigh on your mind without you even realizing it, and it all just... tears at everything about yourself. Little problems become big ones simply because you're too tired to deal with it properly. It's always a struggle.

Rarity is not an adventurer.
When a mysterious sword falls from the sky, her first thought isn't that fate is calling her to a quest, it's that the sword is a masterpiece. Still, at Spike's prodding, they both go out to seek where the sabre came from, as Spike is worried the fate of Equestria hangs in the balance. All the same, Rarity isn't so much interested in all of that as finding out who made this wonderful work of craftsmanship.
Because Rarity is not an adventurer. She is a designer.

Sometimes, a writer needs a break from cohesive narrative, but feels like writing anyway. Trying to actually make a good plot takes effort and sometimes writers just want to do something ridiculous.

Inspired by random card draws from a Twilight Sparkle's Secret Shipfic Folder deck, this series of short stories isn't here to make any sense.

Just a collection of stories I write when I don't feel like thinking too hard.
I'm not bothering with any serious editing or formatting of these because I mean... well, you'll see.

Everyone has regrets and things they wish they could change. Though the Queen of the Changelings would never admit it, she is no different. On the day of the Royal Wedding, part of her is still living in the past.

Everyone has pain and tragedy in their life. Despite that, the Princess of Love lives each day with whatever happiness she can muster. On that same day, she will enter into a lifelong bond that she hopes will bring her the happiness she knew once.

This is not the story of the wedding day.

This is the story of the few, short days that their minds always wander back to. This is the story of those memories neither of them will ever forget.
