As Celestia brought her teacup up for a sip her doors burst open.

"Princess your sister needs your help." The maid exclaimed.

Celestia sped past the distraught maid and barreled down the corridors on the way to her sibling.

Having seen a side of Sunset she rarely reveals has caused new feelings for her to drive Rarity's mind into chaos. She seeks the help of some of her other friends at school to better understand them and tries to figure out what to do with them.

Note: a Sunsarity fic. This will mostly be tame, but I will tag as Teen just in case due to some of the topics that might come up.

After being asked by her friends about how she gets money, Sunset explains about Equestria's currency.

Note: Yes the Sunset pawns the golden bits to get money premise has been done before. However, of the ones I've read, only one gave an example for what their backing was.

Sunset is enjoying a slumber party with her friends. While getting up off the couch she tripped tearing her pants. Through her damaged pajamas her friends see what they think is a tattoo. Explanations on pony society follow.

While having breakfast with Celestia, Twilight sees a new, albeit very old, painting of Luna on the wall. When the mare herself shows up she informs Twilight that Celestia has a similar one somewhere. Twilight decides she needs to find it.

It wouldn't be right to impose on their families. That is Sunset's reasoning not to spend the holidays with her friends. This of course means she is left alone in her apartment for them, and the holidays aren't a great time to be alone.

The moon will be as close as it'll get for some time, so will appear much bigger than normal. Twilight is set up to watch it, but notices something odd and promptly has a minor freak-out.
