Hiya! It's been a year since I've stopped following the fandom as a hardcore brony/pegasister, but it's good to be back. I've taken the liberty of deleting quite a few things to get a fresh start, hopefully get a few chapters done on my old project before publishing. Yes, it is always a good idea to ask permission to use someone else's O.C.'s, and I'm very glad that you thought to ask first. However, in some of the larger story-verses the authors have already given blanket permission for others to use their works. I do believe that Kkhat, who wrote Fallout: Equestria, is one such author. If you want to use her characters, or the characters of the people who have written for that 'verse, I suggest that you join and ask about it in this group: Fallout Equestria Related Fics
