Dear Twilight Sparkle:

Submitted for your approval is a bit of fanfiction ive been working on and am currently looking for some constructive criticism to help me develop my writing skills.

Synopsis: Continuity, character development, and drama. These are the things that make up a great story. An epic tale of our hero overcoming great strife to persevere in the end against a insurmountable foe. Or a heart wrenching tale of a girl looking for love in all the wrong places only to find it in the least likely place they could ever imagine. Or how about a detective trying to solve a murder and the path to its solution leading him down a dark and twisted path and suspects found around ever corner...

This is not any of those stories. Instead you get my Magnum Opus of an absolutely random, utterly chaotic, and hopefully hilarious attempt at comedy.

Princess Twilight Sparkle thought she had a good life. A life filled with good friends, adventure, and happiness. All that is about to change when Celestia sends a note informing her about a family in need, only for said family to arrive on her door step mere seconds later. Now she's bringing to question everything she thought she knew as she deals with an entire extended family that has a unique view on life that will quickly drive the purple Alicorn insane. What's more her friend's aren't exactly helping her to preserve what little sanity she has left.

Equestria is under siege by a terrible inter-dimensional titan and an army of giant robots. The Elements of Harmony have failed, all attempts to resolve the situation peacefully have proven fruitless, and no amount of pony forces seem to be able to combat this foe. In a desperate attempt, Celestia seeks out help from across dimensions for the only one versed enough to combat a threat of this magnitude. What she gets is a blond-haired moron piloting a highly advanced/modified giant blue robot with a car for a head...

Equestria is bucked.
