Twilight Sparkle is fine. She would never intentionally hurt herself. They're just morbid thoughts. Nothing to worry about. She's not suicidal, or even depressed! But Wallflower might be. Should she say something? Is it any of her business?

And what is it about the scars on Wallflower's arms that are so...fascinating?

Twilight Sparkle of Equestria is brave, confident, a capable leader, a powerful wizard, and a princess.

Twilight Sparkle of Earth is none of those things.

So why would an absolute goddess like Sunset Shimmer be interested in her? Because they look similar and share the same name? Because the real Twilight is off in Equestria? That must be it. She's just a placeholder. A low grade knockoff of what Sunset really wants. And sooner or later, she'll end up disappointed. They all will.

A more realistic take on the opening events of the MLP movie, where the entire cast is NOT hit by plot mandated incompetence. It is, as expected, significantly shorter.

With the sirens dealt with and no pressing time limit to return to her world now that she can come and go at will, Twilight spends some time catching up with Sunset Shimmer. She asks a question that has been on her mind for a while now. Namely, how Sunset ever thought invading Equestria with a few hundred zombified high school students was a remotely workable plan. It turns out that radically altering your entire physiology and brain chemistry doesn't do any favors for your IQ.
