So yeah, it's a tad late, but I swear that's only because I didn't know it was 2014 until today.

I've been sleeping. A lot.

Anyway, happy Christmas and a merry New Year to you, as it were. Hopefully this year is less eventful than the last one, because I'm tired of news. Y'know, I could use some monotony.

I personally wouldn't mind if the media decided to hibernate. Y'know, enter a grey state.

My favourites box lit up today. It said one of my favourites had a new chapter. So I clicked on it. Nothing came up but the favourites screen. I refreshed the page. Same deal. I searched my entire favourites box. Still nothing.

This annoyed me to some degree. I have yet to mark all read as I still hold some faith in the legitimacy of this claim, but this endeavor hasn't come to fruition yet.

So I wait, hoping that my favourites box isn't lying to me.

I wait.

I am legitimately upset right now. I opened my window last night because it was so hot (California) I could not sleep. Now it won't close. There is a little crack between it and the sill, and it is soooo windy tonight.

I am very afraid of the noises it is making. I could use this as a soundtrack to a horror skit.

I have a cool story. It started as a comedy, but I think I'm going to have it evolve into more of an adventure. I need to settle on one story and get it done. This is going to be that story.
