Author's Note:This is a Time Skip ahead, a couple of months after Princess Cadence gives birth to her and Shining Armor's foal. This is by no means canon to the show, and I simply did this for fun.

This is a continuation of what happens shortly after Princess Cadence and Shining Armor give the good news about their oncoming foal. When Cadence and Shining Armor share the good news everypony is happy. And things go smoothly for the next eleven months leading up to delivery. However all is not as it seems when a looming shadow sets it's sights on what could be it's only change to freedom.

Benjamin Kirby Tennyson has saved thousands of lives, the universe, the world, and even the entire galaxy on several different occasions with the help of his friends and family, ever since he was 10. Now 18 Ben faces off against the first foe that he has never truly been able to defeat. Count Down a interstellar being who claims he has come to bring judgement on all words. Prior to Ben's defeat our hero is striped of his omnitrix and hurled into a rift in space and time.
Now our young hero finds himself without his powers in a world full of talking ponies and magic, alone, beaten and worst of all powerless. Will Ben be able to team up with the mane 6 before Count Down can bring the destruction of Earth ,all of Equestria and the other worlds? Or will Count Down be victorious?

It's a place we all miss at some point in our lives, but what does it feel like to be banished from it, then to have any chances of returning to it completely striped away from you? All because your magic wasn't acceptable. For the Dazzlings, this is something they think about constantly, ever since the Battle of the Bands.

Tirek wasn't the only creature that escaped, Tartarus, when Cerberus left his post. Many other creatures that had been trapped in the eternal jail also escaped, and one of them is a unicorn that goes by the name Ignis.

Ignis was formerly a loyal adviser to the two Princess's around the time of King Sombra's reign, although shortly after Sombra's imprisonment, the young unicorn began to question his queens power and wondered himself just how strong a unicorn could become.

The young unicorn eventually comes across a book that talks about the Alicorn Shards, and through these shards he creates the Alicorn Amulet. However one question still remains: Just what happened to Ignis, that earned him the punishment of being sent to Tartarus?

A thousand years ago a small group of humans lead by a man known as Chief Kaliver or Silver Caliber inadvertently stumble into the world of Equestria. In his attempt to escape his old enemy and all the chaos and pain of the human world,Caliber ends up leading his friends and family into the end of another battle between two alicorns. As Caliber slowly makes his way out of the river that transported them to the world of Equestria, they all become a witness to the banishment and sealing of Princess Luna in the moon. Another surprise soon arrives with Vindictive and his minions following Caliber and co. into the now ruined castle of two sisters.

A thousand years later, now the present time a direct descendant of Silver Caliber is on earth and has spent most of his life living a normal human life, however this all changes 6 or so months after his 18th birthday, where he begins to have these strange dreams. Dreams of an alternate universe consisting of sentient unicorns, pegasi and earth ponies. In these dreams he witness a unicorn called Twilight Sparkle and her friends face many challenges, and eventually he sees Twilight reach her accession to royalty on her own.

Yet at the same time he seems to have memories that seem to be completely unrelated to the maine 6 and their adventures. These dreams are of a alicorn emerging out of the river and the banishment of Princess Luna. As the weeks slowly turn into months, the dreams or even images are starting to become more frequent and no longer filled Hailstorm with the same apathy he had before, they have begun to take their toll on him.

No matter how many times he asks his family they refuse to tell him anything, always pushing his questions aside stating "It was just a dream" but he knows that there's more to it. Every few months a mirror that was given to his ancestors is put in their basement and since childhood no one both in or outside of the family has been allowed to touch it except the elders. What is it they refuse to tell him? Does that mirror lead to another world? And what don't they want him to know?
