Faust Epona was an alicorn scholar and writer from many hundreds of years ago. She soon becomes bored with menial, everyday life and seeks more stimulating pursuits. Lo and behold, a daemon by the name of Mephistopheles approaches her and offers her a deal to show her a more exciting time... in exchange for her immortal soul, should the requirements made to complete the pact he has set in place become fulfilled within a certain amount of time.

Faust accepts his wager and Mephistopheles becomes her willing servant, as per their agreement. However, as the years drag on and task after task is piled onto him, the old daemon finds that he might be starting to regret his decision...

An amusing tale based off of an old German legend of the same name.

Jax loves to fish almost as much as he loves to fight and have a few pints with friends. Hopping to Equestria, he decides to try his luck at a local pond there. Mainly it's in his attempt to catch a fish that he's set his eyes on for some time.

Then a changeling, malevolently hungry for love, stumbles upon him. What happens next is something that should probably be expected.

This story is a spin-off of the Changelings in a World of Foes series.

Charybdis is your typical young, adventurous filly with a long streak of recklessness. She lives in the town of Baltimare, and has a very loving family. But, after her mother comes down with a supposedly incurable and fatal illness, her life takes a turn for the worse.

While her father is away tending to his wife at the hospital in Ponyville, Charybdis's "cousin," a book-loving changeling named Skia, is sent to watch her. Unable to just sit and do nothing while her mother suffers, Charybdis looks to the local legends that say a cure for any disease can be found in the heart of the neighboring Gloomwood Forest; a place wrought with danger, where no soul has ever returned from alive, and in which almost everything will want to eat you.

But she's more than up to that kind of challenge.

One day, while collecting wild vegetables in the Everfree Forest, Fluttershy encounters a strange, sentient flower going by the name of "Flowey," and the two become fast friends. After taking him home with her and letting him get to know her other pals, they begin to suspect that this plant, his cheerful personality, and his ulterior motives might not be all they truly seem, despite Fluttershy's claims on the contrary...

Victory is boring.

Planet after planet I go, searching for any being at all in this universe that could pose a worthy challenge to me. Planet after planet I find only disappointment. Another pretty pearl that hosts life soon comes into my view, and of course I decide to visit it, expecting only failure to blacken my sight once again.

Then I see something that catches my eye. A creature is rampaging across the surface of the world as if it's his own, personal plaything. His power is... positively exuberant! Could this "Lord Tirek" give me the proper, worthy challenge I've waited for so long?

A fun, innocent little crossover starring characters from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and One Punch Man

Also, sorry about whatever lack of grammar you spot in the first two chapters. I haven't updated it in quite some time

Hey... what're you doing down here? You should turn back, friend. Danger lies below!

Wha- you're still here? I just warned you! Turn back, now!

Th-this... this is my final warning, pal! Turn back now, refresh the page, and don't delve further! I can't warn you any further! You're gonna regret this, I swear!

Are you daft?! Heed my instructions! Heed them! Heed them now!

I warned you.

I am power incarnate.
To my foes, to the brave, and to the puny who merely stand in my way, I am their destructor. None who dwell in this universe have ever come close to the measure of unconcealable, incomparable, and infinite strength and ability I possess.
None ever shall.
For these reasons alone I have been sealed away for all eternity within a prison outside of time and space, waiting patiently for the second to come when I may grace my weapon upon this universe once more.
But now, my bonds have been broken.
I am free.
And all who stand before me shall fall.

Beware! Veigar, the (tiny) Master of Evil is up to no good...

Throughout the unlimited cosmos, the yordle sorcerer has felt an impressive, magic-induced disturbance; one that has fully caught his attention. This power, one of an almost godlike magnitude, possesses a magic greater than any summoner, magi, or monster he's ever known. Within the fortnight, he has prepared to journey to this other dimension, an evil plan formulated to completion within his twisted mind. That plan? To make this power his!

Accompanying the diabolical fiend on his mission, is his best friend Lulu, the Fae Sorceress and fellow yordle. Upon arrival to this new, undiscovered world, Veigar is shocked to see such an incalculable power rests in a land full of... pastel-colored ponies? Just as surprising, the mad yordle's target appears to be radiating off of a purple "alicorn princess" that presides over the land.

Not heeding his threats, these ponies don't appear to take Veigar seriously, and go about their worthless, meaningless existences celebrating an equally worthless and meaningless holiday dedicated to a weakness the yordle has long gotten rid of. But no matter, for soon he will defeat this "Twilight Sparkle" and take her power for his own!

...After all, who says evil needs to come in a fearsome-looking package?

This story is a sequel to Metamorphoses

Serendipity is an intelligent and strong-willed, but peculiar and unique individual indeed. She's blind, sickly, suffers from the effects of albinism, and altogether possesses an almost fragile and ethereal quality due to her appearance and condition.

Because of this, and in part due to her hybrid status and antisocial nature, she has earned the worry, unease, and harassment of more than a few of Ponyville's residents throughout her life. Nevertheless, as a young, but full-grown adult, she is quite content with living alone in the middle of the Everfree Forest as an avid plant breeder, and part-time botanist.

As her seventeenth winter pulls in and Ponyville readies itself for another Hearth's Warming, a sudden blizzard of an epic, and almost magical proportion invades, forcing many of the town's inhabitants indoors. No sooner had the fierce storm arrived, but a complete stranger pulls in as well; his reason for appearing being under the pretense that he's "looking for somepony."

This drifter with an utterly alien personality, Striga Phobetor, ends up renting out the half-changeling's home for the week. As one of her only friends and non-related cousin, Charybdis, comes to visit for the holiday, the two become captivated with the mystery surrounding this enigmatic character, and who... or what... he may be...

My name... I do not remember my name... I do not know my purpose... my duty... my previous life... nothing. I hold a sword, and wear armor. I must have been a warrior in the time long past. Yes... I have a memory of it now... I was a warrior. A knight... of Heide...

I spend my hollow unlife doing naught but roaming; boundless in my futile objective to find a purpose. Whosoever has attempted to engage me has found themselves impaled at the end of my sword, or prostrated by its biting blade.

And so it goes, the same series of events. Day after day, month after month, year after year, decade after decade, century after century... until the cycle, to my astonishment, is suddenly broken.

After a strange event occurs, I find myself in another land entirely. What was once dull trees, ruined landscape, and a dying world, is now a forest of life, and a countryside of utter frivolity. What were once hideous beasts and selfish kinfolk that plagued my sight, are now replaced by small, sentient, equine creatures that almost reek of an emotion I have long forgotten.

One of this land's inhabitants in particular seems to go to great lengths to observe me, much to my annoyance.

Yet on I travel, deeper into the bowels of this new world, one sentiment still ringing clear in my otherwise empty, thoughtless head as I march:

When all that lies before you is uncertainty and darkness, there is nothing left but forward.
