Fimfiction and relativism.
It’s no surprise that the relativism of the millennials has spread from the real world to online. Such is also the case with a lot of fanfiction writers out there who it turns out a lot of them are millennials.
You may have came across several writers (either on Fanfiction or here on Fimfiction) who have told you that either ‘You don’t have all the knowledge on writing so why should you think my story is bad?’ Or the always classic one

Alright....I'm curious. In order to have followed me, you must of had at least looked at my page, and noticed that I haven't updated anything in monthes. With that out there....why in the hell did you follow me?

2009052 Apologies. The first eight or so chapters were one by me alone. The rest was done by me, one editor, and possibly someone else doing a crossover. I understand you're inability to read a work even if it has a good idea due to poor writing, I've done it myself, though I guess your standards are higher than mine. Also, I suppose my writing style doesn't mesh with your tastes. As for the whole "Mary Sue" thing, well I guess we have different opinions on that.
Finally, I'd like to thank you for your respectful response instead of just saying "'CAUSE IT SUCKED!" like so many others on the internet would do. Thank you for your time.
2009036 I read the first two chapters, and then the last chapter. While it's not the idea of a displaced fic (hell I'm writing one myself at the current moment) there just feels like a lot needs to be done with it. The writing style looks like it belongs to a pre-rough draft of a rough draft (i.e too many awkward and out of place lines), the character had my Mary Sue alarm go off right as we're introduced to him, and the opening is too much of a cliche among displaced fics (the CMC opening is used way too damn much). I can see that you do have potential, it just bothered me how unedited the fic looked.
Sorry you didn't like my story. Mind if I ask why it didn't appeal to you? Also, how much did you read?
