It can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days. There are only four story approvers and they get dozens of stories in a day. Take the time to "reply" to their approval message with a note of thanks, okay?

You are most welcome! My suggestion is that you spend some time in groups first, getting a feel for what stories you feel the most comfortable writing. Get to know some folks, comment, and reply. I hope that you'll jump right in and enjoy the stories and the community here on the site.

Thanks, friend, I appreciate it! I've been reading stories from this site since last year, but now I actually want to start posting my own. It does seem a little apprehensive. What do you suggest I start with? One-shots or a full fledged story?
