And 2: I really don't have very many resources to start a new hardware project, so I'd might as well do something else.

Diabetes
Cataract in his left eye
Eye infection from dry eyes and scratching said dry eyes

Of those three, we shelled out for diabetes medication and special food, as well as antibiotics and eyedropper. We cant afford the $4000 needed for cataract surgery, though.

I'm planning on setting up a GoFundMe soon to see if we have a chance at restoring his vision.

There's too much going on in real life right now. My dog's gone blind, for one, and it looks like the homework I have in my calculus class is about to get a whole lot harder, too.

Splintershard still has some leeway, since I write multiple chapters ahead of time. I think I should be able to keep that on track for a little longer.

And lastly, "What If" should keep updating as usual, since it only takes a couple minutes to write each chapter at most.

'Cause this week's the week where my dog went blind.

We've scheduled an appointment with the vet to see what's wrong with his eyes. Just based on how they look right now, it seems like he's developed cataracts. To be honest, now that I think of it, the warning signs were showing up for a little while already. He was tripping on the stairs a lot more often than before, for one, and he started bumping into people and furniture a lot more often as well.
