Being the only Yama in charge of Gensokyo for thousands of years, Eiki Shiki has every right to take a day or two off. In fact, that sounds like a fantastic idea. It would certainly give her the time to find new people to lecture... The only problem is who would take her place, performing a thankless and extremely stressful job. There's only one person, or pony, that Eiki can think of who is suited for the job.

After a grave offense against Starlight, Trixie is looking at dire consequences for her actions. Trixie never should have used that spell on Starlight. She never should have used the spell at all! In fact, she probably shouldn't have ever learned it, or heard of it in the first place for that matter.

The only thing she can hope for is that Starlight will go easy on her after all, they are best friends right?

I did get a fair bit of inspiration from axelsempai's My Twilight Facade in terms of setup, but don't worry. This story is going to be way different.

Twilight decided to read a book. She reads many books, but this one was special. It was a special book that she read. And what it tells her is quite a surprise to exactly no one but her. It's up to Spike, Thorax, and Pinkie to help her through these difficult times.

Of course, if she was better at listening, none of this would have ever happened and I could have saved about 2,000 words.
