Hearth's Warming was last week, and that was an exciting time for the Apples, no doubt about it. New Year's is next week, and no doubt it'll be an exciting time again. For now - in this time between festivities - there's only the serenity of winter. Applejack wakes up in the early dawn of one perfect winter morning and wonders: what woke her?

Twilight Sparkle had everything she wanted and then it exploded.

That was last week. And sure, she got a swank new castle out of it, but that's poor consolation. Coping with what she's lost - and gained - isn't as easy as it sounds. It's a good thing she doesn't have to deal with this on her own.

What is love? We sing to it, of it, for it, because of it. For love we live, we change, we die. So many things, so absolutely omnipresent is love in what we need and what we have, where we're coming from and where, hopefully, we're going.

So what is love?

Love Is...? is a collection of stories related only by the common theme of love, in all its forms and guises. Each chapter-story will further try to answer this impossibly vast question.
