List of really easy to fix mistakes that shouldn't happen. Saddest problems first.
* An author doesn't even run their story through a spell checker....
* Names and cities should be capitalized. Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Ponyville, etc. should all be capitalized.
* Names are misspelled. (Sparkle being misspelled as Spackle is the most common.)
* The start of sentences should be capitalized.
