Twilight had always been fascinated by the idea that there were other worlds beyond that of Equestria. This has lead to her getting approval from Celestia to experiment with the mirror to see just what lies behind the glass. Unfortunately, the best laid plans always seem to go wrong for her.

Now, after waking up in strange forested mountains, she finds that she is in a world much different from the world of Canterlot High. With the aid of some of the local citizens, Twilight must now learn to adapt and maybe explore this rough and rugged world she has landed in.

(Takes place just after the first Equestria Girls)

Along the western border of the United States in the wild territory of Kansas, lies the US Army outpost of Fort Scott. Tasked with patrolling the western plains, the men of the 1st US Dragoons and the other soldiers of the post long for a break from the monotonous life on the frontier.

One day, they find themselves and their post transported to a strange land with strange inhabitants to greet them. Now they have found the adventure they had longed for however the outcome of that adventure may not be what they expected.

(Edit: other characters that will appear will be historical figures from American History. The cutie mark crusaders are still characters. Big Macintosh, Shining Armor and the royal sisters will also appear. The new add on of Sombra was made because I have finally figured out where I would like this story to go. You'll have to wait and see though)

Pipsqueak has always felt a connection with the sea. Growing up in the coastal town of Trottingham, he had always dreamed of sailing with the brave sailors of the Equestrian Navy whose grand stallions-o-war often docked. Now with family financials in dire straights and war with the Griffon Empire looming he may just at last get his chance.

Follow Pipsqueak as he experiences for himself the life of a sailor on the high seas in Their Royal Sisters' Navy as he sails off into the perils of battle on the deep dark blue. Can Pipsqueak stand the tests of sailing aboard a man-of-war, the unforgiving elements of the oceans, and of course the trials of combat?

I have always had an interest in this era of naval warfare and have always pictured that if Equestria had a navy, it would be these beautiful ships. Hope you all enjoy the high seas adventure!:twilight smile:

We all know of how Princess Luna fell victim to Nightmare Moon's influence. We all know of how she returned and how she was saved by the powers of the Elements of Harmony, and how her sister Celestia was overjoyed that after a thousand years her sister had finally returned to her. The question is though, why did Celestia allow her beloved sister to be forgotten by her subjects?

This is the version of the story where that never happened. This is the story where in her grief, Celestia never let her ponies forget the princess they drove to darkness with their and her own neglect. Where she made sure that everypony remembered the day that they lost their guardian of the night. How would the story have panned out with this setup?

(This story is actually inspired by the story The Return of Princess Nightmare Moon by Aegis Shield. This is by no means a copy though. The story just got me thinking about the fact that Celestia really did in a way let ponies forget their was ever a Princess of the Night or that she was her sister. Hope you all enjoy.)

Celestia is in despair. The future for her, her sister Luna, and the future of Equestria does not look bright. Prince Blueblood, always on the hunt to expand his power, has dug up an ancient law that dictates that not only should Princess Celestia take on the title and role of Queen of Equestria, she must either choose or produce an heir within a 6 month period of time or be forced to choose the most senior member of the royal family to succeed her. This member would be Blueblood as Princess Luna can only cover the duties of the moon. To Celestia all seems lost.

Until one night, she comes across a strange child in the Canterlot Gardens. The child is a human, all alone with no family to be heard of in Equestria.

Celestia, out of the kindness of her heart chooses to adopt the child as her own son and declares him her heir to the throne.

Now the young human must face the challenges of being the heir to an entire country while under the scrutiny of ponies like Blueblood and the care of ponies like his mother.

Twilight has grown comfortable living in her new castle in Ponyville. But the Princesses, in particular Celestia, have been worried about the fact that there are no guards to protect the new Princess of Friendship. Twilight has tried to reassure them that she does not need them, but in light of all the recent incidents that had occurred around Ponyville in recent months, they convince her that it is something she needs to have.

Twilight now faces the task of forming a unit that will exclusively serve her and her alone. And with recruits coming in from all the corners of Equestria, the unit will soon come to be one of the most diverse and most loyal of any guard unit ever formed.

The Earth has never been so quiet. The effects of the virus known as the Red Plague have been devastating. Over 90% of the human population has been wiped out. Those that are left have been struggling for the past 2 years for survival. Others have most certainly perished from starvation and the hands of their fellow survivors.

Jason White was a lieutenant in the 1st Infantry Division when the virus appeared. Now he is the leader of a group of 250 survivors that have spent the last 2 years since the plague scavenging the east coast for food and supplies. They have already lost so many in their struggle and Jason fears that time may be running out them. But just when all hope seems lost, a new source of light will emerge to lead the last traces of humanity to salvation and end their suffering once and for all.

This is something that has been on my mind after reading a lot of first contact stories. This is my idea if the creatures of Equestria made contact with us after the apocalypse has already occurred. Hope you all enjoy!

Twilight has decided to return to the human world to further study human culture. This time, her friends and family decide to come along to make sure she stays safe. But when the gang steps through the portal and reach the other side, they find their group split and separated. Not only that, the place they have landed in is much different from Canterlot High, as Twilight and her friends get caught up in a great struggle that created a new nation.

It is 1918. The Allies have defeated the Central Powers and now US marines and US army troops are being sent to Germany for occupation duty. Among them are the men of B company, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment. Gunnery Sergeant Nathan Blackburn has seen the war through from beginning to finish and is relieved it is over. But when a strange cloud transports him and his comrades to a strange new land where they themselves have taken on strange new appearances, Blackburn soon realizes that his fight is far from over.

Fluttershy and Big Macintosh have two beautiful children. Sunflower, an energetic earth filly and Applewood Jr., a shy little pegasus colt. Life couldn't seem more perfect for the children.

But their childhood won't be too easy. It will be filled with challenges, new friends, bullies, special someponies and finding their true purposes in life.
